    WOW!!

Did I just get transported back to the late 60's??? Very nice job, the song is great too. Now, I'm only listening to it on my crappy computer speakers but it sounds really great on these. I will check it out with my reference monitors (Yamaha MSP-5's) on Thursday.

It sounds so warm, cant get over it. I'm no recording engineer but I like to think I know what sounds good.

    Anyone else?

Yup, have to agree there.. v nice. Again I'm no engineer. I listened to this on my brand new DT100's via my old SB Live. (new DAW with Delta 1010 not connected to net!)

I'd be really interested to know how you got your sounds (mics, gear, plugins etc.)

I don't know if anyone else agrees but I really like the drums and acoustic guitars. Very clear but not overpowering.

Do I hear a hint of the Handsome Family?

    thanks guys!

The Vocals were recorded with a Blue Baby bottle, and so were a few of the acoustic guitar tracks
other acoustic guitar tracks were recorded with rodes NT5's

there are absolutly no eq's on the acoustic guitars and very very little on the drums. all natural.

everything was recorded digitally but we tried hard to make it sound as analog as possible.
