Thread: New Album Out Now And Would Love Some Feed Back.

I think this is cool. I like your production value. Your mixes are spot on. Beautiful use of a quality sample library. The kind of product I would expect from Bridgeport Connecticut. Quality. You're there man. Not quite my kind of music but when it's done this well, I like it. Especially the part about "I have a black male. What's he look like? Well, he's black..." I know there is a message here but I could do that the expletives. It really doesn't enhance it any. You do a great impersonation of our President. Now that should have been your first Cut. I couldn't listen to all of them completely but I really enjoyed when I heard. They are all superbly produced. It's cool. Definitely cool.

And so now, you have to give us some technical blah blah. Like how much you spent on music school, etc..

Thanks Remy I really appreciate the feed back. I spent a lot of time mixing this record and still not confident on my mixing skills. Now that the cd is mastered and in my hand, it does sound great but I can pick out some things that I would change but thats just insecurities in me. And thanks for noticing the production.

As far technical blah blah, what do you wanna know?

Very good album. Listened to all the songs and truly enjoyed it.

Could you enlight me on as to how you got the whole mix to sound so separated? I am trying to get a similar sound on my productions, but I'm nowhere near your quality unfortunately.
