Bass traps, diffusers and Resonators for my room

Hello everyone:

I have read all the advices in the forum and I want to ask you a question. I am building a little home studio and right now I am treating the control and recording room, I found a formula for bass traps: f=170/sqrt (m*d) where:
f=resonance frequency
m=surface density of the panel in lb./sq. ft.
d=depth of air space in inches

But I do not know how to calculate the dimensions for the trap, can you help me whith some advice and formulas to build corner and panel bass traps, as well as skyline, QRD, Diffractal, Flutterfree and omnifusor diffusers, and resonators. You may include all the information you consider to be useful.

A final question, what are the criteria to find an acoustically transparent fabric at a common shop?
