ok, so I went into guitar center to look for one thing today and left with a few things and NOT the thing I wanted. here is what I baught...

M audio Radium49 usb midi keyboard controller.
Yamaha mg12/4 mixer.
and M audio Delta 44.

I was at a corporate function at the legendary Ryman Auditorium here in Nashville last night, maybe 150 people listening to a guitar pull with 4 songwriters of some repute. .really got a chance to appreciate the sound of the room. How would one go about capturing an impulse to use with SIR or equivilant impulse reverb? Now I need to figure out how to get in there on the off hours and do it!

is it possible to download impulses for space deigner?

noisevault has loads but it doesn't look like they'll work in space designer. has logic made life difficult for us or am i being retarded?

I want to get the reverberant sound of various locations in my house... but I cannot set up to record in these areas whenever I want. Does anyone know how to properly capture and apply impulse responses? Will I need a matched pair of mics?
