I've wanted to start filling up a Danner (german broadcast modules) rack for a long time, and now that I have a pretty good idea about how to rack them I need to choose which ones to get, or more precisely, how to configure the rack. So here are the last remaining questions I have on the subject:

I found this interesting and entertaining so here ya go. It was pretty hard to hear the subtle detail on a youtube but to me they sounded close but the ai was sightly brighter. Interesting to hear how everyone hears things different. I like the fact they had a women's ears in this too. Women tend to be less tolerant to upper mids and she chose the ai.

I just finished a comparison using my voice, which is a gravelly baritone. I've read much inconsistent reviews on the RODE Classic II so I had to find out for myself . I stacked it against a new Neumann U87ai which I love BTW.

Wow, quick skinny on the Neumann KH 120

What excellent near fields active studio monitors, including stellar for my mobile recording rig. These are very well built and only 13.7 lbs.

I just received mine yesterday so they are breaking in but I'm really impressed. My first impression, the mids are where they shine.

Hey all, I work at a studio in Seattle and we have a handful of old Neumann tube mics that need some work done on them. We do have some Klaus modded microphones, but the last time we contacted him he said that we were not on his waiting list ): anyone know of any other reputable mic techs around the NW? Thanks

Has any of you ever tried the Neumann PS87 pop screen by Neumann?

I am getting a new Neumann U87ai and was wondering what the differences were between the original U87 and and the ai.

Which Neumann SDC do you prefer for acoustic guitars...

Steel > KM84
Nylon? > KM184

After AES there should be some folks that checked the Neumann KH 120 out. Please share your opinions on them. This next year is my budget for monitors.
