Playback delays in Pro Tools

I'm trying to record and electric guitar on Pro Tools 7 and I'm getting a split second delay in playback when I strum the guitar. This is making playing to click track and recording on time impossible. I have the guitar plugged into a POD XTLive stompbox, then throught an Mbox 2 USB to the computer. I'm listening through headphones.

PreSonus Firepod and DVD Playback

Hey any you fellows had a problem with playing a DVD Back with your Firepod on? I have Windows XP media center v2002 Service pack 2. I do lots of recording and video editing. I playback everthing through my firepod and use my studio monitors. When I make DVDS and play them back no matter if i use windows media player or Intervideo player.

Crackling while in playback

I am new to recording, have encountered a puzzling problem.
I am using Cool Edit Pro 2.0, and while in the program the .wav file plays as it should, but if i play the same file in another program (winamp) for example its all crackily. Did i just forget to filter somthing. I don't even know where to start looking.
Any help would be appreaciated.

Thanks

Tracks playback off time..please help

I am using adobe audition. Sometimes i record tracks and everything works great. however, i commonly come across a problem when recording a track while listening to the rhythm i first made and i know I'm on cue, when i playit back the new track is slightly of time and eventually is so far off it sounds like jumbled mess.

Pro Tools -audio files are on volumes unsuitable for playback

I've just upgraded to Tiger (Not sure if that's related) and I now get this error when I load up any of my Pro Tools sessions. I havn't changed anything else...still the same setup as I've had for a year now.

I'm getting this error: audio files are on volumes unsuitable for playback

this is my setup:

Drums during playback & mixdown

I have recorded the drums. And during mixdown, I want to use the midi jack on my Triton keyboard to double the kick drum on each hit. Who else has done this?
I figure if I go from the 24 track recorder to the mixer, then to a unit something like the Roland TMC 6 (it's a Trigger to MIDI Converter). Somebody tell me this is do-able!
