Hi, I recently bought the Antares AVP-1

Only to discover that there were no XLR inputs.

I was wondering how you would use this for live shows for that was the reason I bought it.

    Any help would be amazing.

    Thanks guys.

There are a number of different ways to use this processor.

How do you want to use it?

Check this out, once he stops talking, and starts singing... it gives you a good idea on how you can use this live.

    Cool post audiokid!

Westonbuck, we need more info to answer your question.

It would be pointless for me to tell you to insert it on your lead vocal channel if you don't have any channels or inserts.

    Ya dig?

Here is how I have it set up right now...and the auto-tune doesnt seem to work

I have an XLR converter for my Mic cable to plug into the input on the AVP-1.

Then I plug the AVP-1 into my PA.

I turned the Auto-Tune settings all the way to 0 and it still does not seem to be making any different.

    What am I doing wrong?

    i had the same problem.

solution 1. plug it into a mic pre amp
    solution 2. get a directbox

i feel your pain i dealt with it for like 2 months even sent it back in for repairs.

youll get it man, just keep working
