    hey there!
i'm currently using beat craft for my personal stuff i'm recording. i love the program! it's cheap too!
i was just wandering if anybody could help me with one issue i'm having with it.
it seems that everytime i fire up the program it automatically loads all of my VSTs and Direct X plugins that i use with Audition. - i don't really need them in Beat Craft, seeing as i do all of my editing in Audition. i just export the dry set samples into AA3, and then add the reverb, compression on the snare ect...

i tried to go to the Preferences in BC and disable the use of loading VSTs, but they still seem to be there. and it doesn't seem to have any option about Direct X plugs....it just automatically loads them.

the only reason i have a problem with the effects being in the program (beat craft) is that it takes forever to launch. -it has to "initialize" all of the effects everytime before it starts up/

is there a solution?......do i need to reinstall BC?

    thanks!...sorry i type forever long.
  2. Are you using a shared folder for your beatcraft plugins and your adobe audition plugins? the folders should be seperate.

ahh that may be it. i'll have to look into it, but i think most of my plugins are just in VST and Direct X folder in the program files. i then tell Audition where to find the VSTs....maybe i should just pu them in the Audition Folder to begin with.

  4. That..or... in your program files under beatcraft you should have a "beatcraft shared effects" or vst effects folder...I have beatcraft as well on my recording computer but I dont recall the folder name...Keep your beatcraft plugins under beatcraft
