I currently use a Delta 1010 sound card and I want to build a new system. I would like to know if there are any issues using this card with the AMD 64 systems.

    Thank you in advance

    Thanks ADK,

Do you mean no SATA harddrives?
My plan was to use an IDE for Operating system and programs and an SATA for files.

Any specific arrangement suggestions would be appreciated.

    HI,

there is supposed to be an issue with delta cards and sata.
personally we have not seen it on any system we have built
but ymmv. we also dont build alot with M-Audio, maybe 5-6 a month. we favor RME and Lynx or Presonus.
i think it has more with what mobo you use, or more importantly what Sata chipset.
