I need to replace a ECS K7S5A mobo that I got from Newegg DOA. I'll be using an Athlon 950 CPU and a Thermalright SK6 heatsink/fan. My choice at this point is to get the Asus A7A133. I need to do the RMA today, so I need to make my mind up rather quickly. Does anyone know of any issues with this board that would make it a bad choice?

I don't have any experience with ALI chips. The A7A133 looks like the only other choice(unless Intel starts making controller chips for AMD)...

There are alternatives, and with the Newegg RMA taking some time, I have until at least Monday before I need to order a mobo.
I gave some thought to going with a VIA KT133A chipset mobo, but I did some research and found that the VIA probs aren't just limited to guys trying to run audio. The damn things are nightmares, and I definately don't need any more probs.
Since Opus and I both had major probs with SIS chipsets, I'm not going with another SIS-based board.
So, after many hours of power-surfing to learn from others' mistakes and misfortunes, I've definately reached the conclusion that if you want an AMD system, you must go with an AMD or Ali Magik chipset. If you want to have an AMD system using SDRAM (non-DDR), your only choice is an Ali Magic chipset based mobo.
At this point, I'm at a fork in the road ... either I use my SDRAM and choose between the iWill KD266 or the Asus A7A133 (both are very good boards) ... or dump more cash into the bloody PC to buy some DDR. Both of these mobos are $80, but I can get good DDR mobos for $10-20 less. The thing is, with a 950 Athlon, I really don't need any more power. I'm only using the PC for internet, graphics design, and web page design. I'll let you know what I decide.

Okidoki ... I just got off the phone with Opus ...
I'm going with the iWill XP333 (non-RAID), and PC2700 DDR SDRAM. I also ordered a Diamond SupraExpress ext USB modem.
So, next week I'll be attempting the build again. Hopefully things will work-out this time.
