I'm trying to edit waveforms in DP4.6....when I finish my edits I go back to the sequence or tracks window that the edits haven't been made. I'll go back to the edit window and my edits are done.

    WTF IS GOING ON!!!!!!

Exactly where are you editing audio at?

If you edit audio in any window besides the waveform editor contained in soundbites window. You are only creating markers that only apply to that window, they will always be non-destructive.

To actually edit wavforms destructively or non-destructively you engage the waveform editor button in soundbites window.

ahem... the 900+ page manual IS the dongle for DP.

The manual has answered pretty much everything that I didn't need to know.

That's a good one! I'm gonna have to remember that one for parties!

If you still need DP help, try and get ahold of Xavier Calvera (Maintiger). He's our resident DP expert.
