I have noticed an increase in complaints concerning mp3.com recently. They have re-vamped their process, and everything now is more confusing and takes longer. I attribute this (I'm guessing here) to a combination of increasing submissions and cuts in staff. Let's be pro-active, and help each other work through these problems. I tore my hair out getting my site up, but it was worth it, because it's a free web presence and a powerful marketing tool. I print the link on my business cards and include it on my email tag, and peeps get to see and hear what I do. It's one of those "It's what you make of it" deals.
