the damndest thing. come in for a session, they arent working. been a busy week in that particular control room, lots of young-ens. everything seems to be good, but the faders arent sliding up...even in the vegas test mode. seems to be a hardware problem, not software....does anyone know anything?

Did you try a full power cycle including unplugging the power for a few minutes?

This might work on the off chance that it is some missbehaving softare.

It might be time to replace that crappy Power Supply.

Alot of us have had to do it.

Just make sure Digi doesn't charge you $.01

    They made em wrong.

The new ones work great though.

Give your self a couple of hours to switch them

  4. Produceher,
Is this a problem Digidesign acknowledges and will fix without much hassle, or does it require some arm-twisting?

They fixed it for me without any arm twisting but they may try to get you to pay.

    They screwed up. Not you
