Help With BR 1600 Needed

    I have been transferring wav from my Br 1600 to my computer successfully thru the USB cable . Unfortunately now my Br 1600 will not connect to my computer. When I export my files to the comp ...the Br 1600 just says " waiting ..." and never connects. Any ideas ? I have changed the USB cable and tried a different computer.

    Also, I was wondering if there is another way to transfer my wav files from the BR 1600 to my computer without using the USB ?

    From the Boss support site:

    click "START" and then "My Computer" in Windows. The icon will be in "Devices with Removable Storage".

    Click on the USB folder.

    Drag the audio file(s) to your computer's desktop or in a folder that you have created.

    Press EXIT on the BR-1600CD. "Disconnect USB OK?" appears on the BR-1600CD.

    Press ENTER.

    Checked your manual for trouble shooting guide? http://www.bossus.com/backstage/product_manuals/

    Contacted Boss Tech Support to see if this may be a common problem?
