I've played under many famous conductors that weren't that clear!

The irony is there are underground words to the horn theme whose notes in this movement are the bottom line 2nd measure w/anacrusis in this celli excerpt:

I've heard some conductors could be snotty.

(Do they all just wipe it on their sleeves?)

    Great job!
The amazing thing is that with kids that age 4 minutes of continnues concentration is very rare and he must have listened to the piece quite a few times.
I have seen mayors and politicians who swang the baton on many occasions, but never so entertaining and never so correct like this boy did.
I would not be surprised to see him studying music and conduction, later..

    Good fun to watch...

Here is my offspring, when he just jumped out of bed and ... ;-)
Btw, he grabbed the axe by himself and it is about the same weight he was..lol...

I have to show this to my daughter. She has been complaining about certain conductors lately. I have a feeling this will hit home.

I like when he conducts lefty.

I think Frank Zappa used to conduct like that? My dad was the associate concertmaster for the Cleveland Orchestra and they performed some of Frank Zappa's orchestral material. He told me he came in to conduct it and he was superb. He told me his orchestral music was incredible.

I think this kid is on the right track to become a dappa' Zappa?
