Call M-Audio support crew. I've got a lot of help from when I installed my 1814.

First try unplug the fast track from the PC and reboot the computer. When the computer is booted reconnect the USB plug from the fast track. If the Drivers are still on the harddrive then XP should find them. If this doesn't work try and download the driver from Maudio website:
    http://www.m-audio.com

And reinstall driver. One other thing you could try is to go to the library or another computer and copy the files from the CD to a USB thumb drive and try to install from the thumb drive.

Like KingSix said you can always contact Maudio to help.
