Motu 896 or similar on a PC?

    Has anyone had the opportunity to try out the Motu 896 interace on a PC? I have heard about driver hasles and wanted to hear some other opinions.

    Are there any other interfaces on the market that give you the same front panel control and 8 mic pre's in one unit?

    MOTU is much better suited to Mac. The Audio Desk feature, which is a big part of the system doesn't run on PC / Windows. Check the Aardvark Q10. Same kind of package but not firewire.

    I am using the MOTU 1224 with Sonar on PC without any problems thus far. No driver problems at all.

    I'm using the 896 with a Digimax Pre and Nuendo, and everything runs perfect.
