    Hey there Gary,

I was wondering if this fancy new mobo supports hyperthreading on the older p4's (2.26ghz and up?).

This one looks like all I need but would like to save some money on the cpu if the 2.26ghz support hyperthreading...

Yeh, with the Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 SATA drive, 150MB/s transfer, 8MB cache. :D

Yeah, I answered on the Nuendo forums for you on that one as well....there will be BIOS updates for certain boards to use HyperThreading! So that means that they most likely will support the 3Ghz CPU's with the HyperThreading! Cool eh?!

well, these support it right out of the gate according to the lit. What I couldn't find, though, is if there will be any problems using a cpu that is not hyper-threading enabled with this mobo. such as the 2.26ghz...

nevermind. I see it says "up to 3.0ghz and beyond". The "up to" suggests this would not be a problem.
