Does anyone have any experience with these I read about them in Premier Guitar last month. They seemed pretty impressed but those mags run on advertising dollars, so you have to wonder if they are biased.

It is supposedly a way to lower the volume of tube amps without any sacrifice of tone. It is not a master volume circuit.

I notice that they charge $850.00 for a Celestion Blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am in the WRONG business!!!!!
To be honest, I kinda like the THD Hotplate. Never had a bit of problems with it, and it's very flexible. And then when you figure in the price difference...LOL!!!!!!!

yes, they really work and yes they are pricey. They are hand-made by a guy in Colorado and he is working hard on getting the price point down. As far as the article, it was supposed to be a product review and the folks at Premiere Guitar decided to make it a feature. Pretty good testament to FluxTone.
