Ok. I'm out of search term ideas. Last winter we had a discussion on preamps (shock) for one reason or another. Someone mentioned a small company in the US and I remember they looked awesome. I have however forgotten the name and though I swear I bookmarked the page, I can not find it anywhere. Any ideas?

The design of these was a set of preamps-1,2,4 whatever-and a separate rackable volume control for those preamps. They didn't have flashy cases etc. I'll keep digging in the archives. Sooner or later I have to get lucky don't I?

No, it was Gordon. They are exceptional and one preamp that I feel I need. Two-channel gain control is what you are referring to.
