Wer'e looking for a place an order to press a REAL SILVER CD as opposed to making CD-Rs, does anyone know of a place who does this at a reasonable price ??

We want to do a run of 500-1000 ....

DiscMakers is having one of their 1000 for 1000 specials again...

TRIVIA: The sheet is usually aluminum. The difference is that with CD-R's, there is basically an emulsion that the pits and valleys are "etched" into. On a standard CD-ROM, the pits and valleys are stamped into the bottom polycarb (plastic), and the aluminum is added as a reflective surface.

Thanks John, nice site BTW ;-} So far we found a place that will replicate a real ISO 9002 CD pressing for about .49c on 1000, with full color printing on CD. It's a company we have done business in the past, here is their site and replication pricing:

Hopefully we are comparing apples to apples !
