    Hey Opie... :)

Yeah baby...check out the size of these *cajones*...they be dragging on the ground!!! <g>

Actually, both my wife and I are California natives...raised in the Sacramento area...graduated from UC Davis...lived for several years in the Bay Area (Cupertino)...and several years in L.A. County (Diamond Bar)...I worked in Fullerton at the time.

But since moving to Indiana...that's where the men are men (and so are the women). You gotta be tough to be able to handle the cold, but I guess you know that after living in Fort Wayne.

Come back to Fort Wayne, and have an Indiana RO meeting...I'll attend, that is as long as you wear a scarf over your face like those Taliban cuties do... :D

And the best news of all...I finally got my Getting Started manual in the mail from Steinberg! Yeah...only took them 3 weeks! In the mean time, I have recorded 2 songs without it...just relying on the forums and lots of poking around.

This latest song, finished last night with some final touches this morning is the best work I have ever done! <g> Now I just need to finalize the mix and master it, but damn there is a juge difference using Cubase/32 + Tascam 428 vs. Calkwalk and my built-in sound card (Crystal). I am using the same mics and tube pres...but the sound is sooooo much better...it is indescrible! :D

    Peace!

    DH
