Does anyone know anything about this amp ?
On the front of the unit it says
    SCS
    SOUND CODE SYSTEM
    MOS-FET
    REFERENCE AMPLIFIER

It is VERY heavy, it has L & R clip led's
    1/4" & XLR in & out
rack mount with L & R inlet air filter foam above each clip led
I'v been useing a Phase linear 400 w amp for years and have been told that Phase Linear has been nick-named Flame Linear, because when they go, they usually take out the speakers. I reciently got my 4311's reconed, and wouldn't want that to happen. so I was thinking about useing the SCS

I actually just came across a pair very similar to this, almost 6 years later, no less.

I'm having trouble finding any info about them either.
These are TWO SCS 2500 (275w/ch @ 8 ohms) with a sticker on each that says 'Modified by E.M Long' (creater of the 'Time-Align' technology, and patent holder on 'Near-Range Monitors', who also made the two MDM-TA2 and MDM-TA3 monitors I have here that I'm trying to find out more about).

I have one of the SCS amps right now connected to the output of my PCI ASIO card, so its handing everything from movies, to guitar, to piano, to vocals with pretty amazing clarity.. A competitor even for the Crown D75 which I'm also very fond of..

If anyone has any info about ANY of the above gear, please share the knowledge.

    Thanks!
