Yeah , i'd never been to one of these things before so i had no idea what to expect. What was worse , i had caught up with an Aussie friend of mine the night before and was EXTREMELY hungover.... :d: ..something like three hours sleep....dehydrated with a splitting headache. But off i trotted munching on Aspirin/headache tablets and the like .... trying to keep my balance. It was a long process but i felt myself slowly recovering and getting back in touch with reality. Something i do often. First off , i arranged to catch up with Rod Gervias ... probably rang him about four times explaining i was going to be late .... not sure if i explained why.... Rod was very cool.Showed me around and helped me locate the various stalls that i had planned to check out. Thanks Rod. :tu: WOW.... The whole thing pretty much blew me away. All the movie stars were there: D.W.Fearne Dan Kennedy John La Grou Lars Lundhal Eve Anna Manley John Hardy Micheal Grace ... people i kinda worship from the other side of the world. Yes the trip was definately worth it. :tu: There was some excellent equipment being displayed and premiered. One of the highlights was definately Dan Kennedy's new EQ. WOW ... well done Dan !!That really stood out , so tight and fast.I hate you. :s: Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, no-one avoided any of my tech-type questions. What are the rails? What's the input impedance? What gauge wire do you use Lars? The only thing i couldn't work out was why Aspen Pittman was there.
