    Hello people,

I would have liked to know if some of you know/use the SPL Goldmike preamp.

I use a Motu Traveler soundcard, I plan to record acoustic stuffs such as acoustic guitar, violin, jazz, piano....
At the moment, I have an AKG C414BULS, and a pair of Rode NT5 that I would plan to use with a new preamp. Maybe I will buy a pair of C414XLS soon, maybe a pair of Neuman KM184 too...

So, is the Goldmike 9844 good/excellent to make sweet sound?
Should I stay with my Traveler preamp?

thanks in advance for your help!

I've got it, and I very much like it. Especially for the price you can't go wrong, and if you wanna believe those authors, the GoldMike can compete with other, much more expensive units.

    I bought it.

It seems to be a fantastic preamp.
