the only graduate paths I know would be accoustic engineering or electrical engineering.

Actually experience is the best teacher, hit the bricks and get a job.

As much as I agree with you, experience is the best teacher, but my desire for a college degree and my ability to get one in what I love miraculously meshed together.

I am currently attending Middle Tennessee State University, The recording industry management department has an excellent emphasis in production, engineering, and tech. There is also a graduates program in recording arts and technology. I'm not trying to say it's the best, because I don't know how great it all is quite yet, though I will give my recommendations for as much as it is worth. It's basically right outside of Nashville. Close enough that you work with the Nashville scene and get tons of hands-on experience.

    PS. The studios are beautiful.........haha.

I second Middle Tennesee State, I graduated from there almost a year ago w/ a degree in Music Business, and its easy to get hooked into the Nashville scene. Great school, nice area, great program, AWESOME studios.
