Does anyone here use the RME TotalMix for summing his Logic (or Cubase/Nuendo) tracks? I've heard from someone who said he had better results than with the logic mixer. In theory it could be, since the totalmix has a 40 bit resolution, whereas the logic mixer is 32 bit...

    go on the RME forum.
The new total mix is the best Vmixer by far.
DOwnload the 2.90 ver from there website.
Ooptions like TALK BACK,DIM,midi control,Routing outputs to inputs and more and more.
I love it.And it is free.
Stay tuned for the new multiface this summer.

Thanks for the tip, but it's a bit confusing. I'm using the old TotalMix right now with my Multiface on the mac. I could only find a demo of the new mixer. There is a windows update for the hammerfall dsp series, but not for the mac (yet?)
