Has anyone replaced those?
Since my unit was made in 2005 I figure it nay be a good idea?
no no no
I can assure you that tubes from 2005 should last until, at least, 2025. No you shouldn't change them. They're just getting broken in. If tubes weren't Long lived, you wouldn't see any of those VF 14 tubes, from the 1950s, in Neumann U47's. Some of those are still working today with the original tube. Guitar amplifiers are different. Power tubes weaken over a shorter period of time. So those you may want to change those Rather often.
Your microphone is perfectly good for years to come.
If things don't sound right? Check your technique.

Well I saw a post where someone said they replaced the $5 tubes that come in the 6176 and it really made a positive change to its output sound. Moreover, another poster said it gave more headroom for certain mics.
Now the input tube is I think a 12AT7 these days but orig was a 6072. The output is still the 12AX7.
Also RR, If you have never tried replacing them, how do you know it won't improve the output. With all due love and respect. : }=
anybody has changed them here... so I know
