HI ALL, Need some feedback on your picks for the better plug ins , before I buy some .
Im using the standard reverb/ EQ that comes with pro tools 7 at the mo
How do these compare with other plugins and which ones would give me
    a warmer yet pristine sound.

Im recording live performances of our duo, vocals guitar [ L5 gibson ] and hi hat snare with a trigger kick sound , jazz blues stylings, and would love
to get the sound as good and warm as possible .

any feedback would be awesome , b4 spending bucks on plug ins

It's not about plugs, its about the performance, and recording methods.
Then get your mixing skills down.
Plugins are last in the chain.
That being said, Digidesign's EQ3, and Dynamics3 are very good plugins, go with those for a while.
Reverb, its a matter of taste, and what do you want to recreate. A good start, is to find Digidesign Revibe, and TLSpace. They can be found on eBay. Look for seller "Dutchmusik"
He is very reputable, and know well in the Digi Users Group.

Revibe is good to recreate rooms and reverb boxes, TLSpace is a very good convolution reverb, emulating real spaces.

Spend bucks on mics, and room treatment!!!

Besides the commercial content of the post above, I would also recommend Revibe and TL for plug-ins.

You cruise the DUC yourself, and know Dutchmuzik is a respected seller.
I just wanted to make sure he gets a fair deal, and NON CRACKED plugs.

    No its not me!!!!
