    Hi guys,
I recorded a live show down to 2 track for reference using WAVELAB 4 at 16bits 44.1 khz sampling rate. From mixer output to M-Audio MobilePre to my laptop. I monitor the tracks realtime and it sounded fine. Until I bring it out to do some minor editing in Wavelab, the damn thing sounded like chipmonks. How can I fix this problem now?? The file is about 1.3 gigabites.
I already tried to save it to 16bit/48k, did not help neither.
    Please HELP!!!

Sounds like a sample rate problem.

Have you made sure that when you open Wavelab to do the minor edits that the sample rate within the program is set to 44.1?
