To the users of Sonar out there, I would like to know what kind of projects are you currently working on and what completed projects have you worked on within Sonar.

I am currently working with one of our artist Geri King on her upcoming CD Deja Vu. The release date is January 8th, 2002.

We did all the tracking, midi, audio and mixing in Sonar. The pre-mastering (Since mastering isn't my strong suit), was done in T-Racks24 and not a bad job I must say. But of course we sent it out to master.

This was the 2nd major project completed with Sonar for us and we are enjoying the ease of use and functionality of Sonar.

Any success stories? Any trauma with Sonar? Let me know.

I am working with sonar in my home studio for pre-production,,,then taking the ideas to the studio for final tracks,,,

The track list is as follows:
1 click track (shaker),,,gets annoying but the musicians need,,,ugh
    2-17 drum tracks,,,not too bad
    18-26 guitar tracks,,,all pre-production "idea" tracks

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum.
I just completed a mix project for a local R&B group called Perfect Gift. The tracks were recorded in another studio on Pro Audio 9. I imported the bundle files and everything worked fine. One of the songs had 50 audio tracks with around 30 playing at any given time. I used a parametric EQ and dB audioware compressor on every track along with a delay and reverb.
I'm currently working on some contemporary jazz tracks for myself.
Sonar 2.0 is out and I'm comtemplating upgrading it as well as my computer.
