I am ready to purchase a TLM 103(soo psyked!), any idea whose store has the cheapest prices, generally speaking? $775 is the lowest I have seen it lately, am I crazy to think this mic used to be cheaper?

It used to be cheaper. Neumann had a price increase. That's life. But $775 is a pretty great price.

sometimes they are cheaper on ebay- but not by much! $700 seems to be rock bottom, and this is used...

check out http://www.zzounds.com , I've had pretty good luck pricewise on many items from them. they do carry the TLM, but you have to call for price. Typically with them, there's no shipping cost and no sales tax.

Generally speaking (i.e. my comments aren't specific to the TLM103), if you want service and support, buy from someone like Mercenary or Studio Tech Supply. If you don't care about that and just want the lowest price, check zzounds, 8thstreet, Sweetwater, American Musical, Musician's Friend and B&H Photo to see if anyone has it on sale at a rediculously low price. If not, check out Alto Music and Calistro Music to see which of them has the lowest price. For shits and giggles, you might also want to take a peek at the grey market prices at Musician's Gear, though it's a bigger hassle and there are fewer and fewer deals to be had there these days.
