I'm doing a setup on a friend's guitar and two of his three pickups don't have any sound, the bridge is the only one that works. I opened it up and the inside looks like somebody tampered with it. They don't even look soldered. I can solder but is there a schematic that I can follow?

Fender is always willing to help:

    and

The Stewart MacDonald site not only sells the parts, but also has nearly every diagram and combination you can think of.

Just in case it matters, it's not a Fender strat, it's an old 70's knockoff strat called 'Lotus'. Would it still be wired the same though? Three singles with a 5 pos.

The knockoffs all used the same basic Fender wiring scheme. It should be exactly the same.
