    Should this be disabled for audio discs?

    I know it is possible that data could be lost, but is the performance gain worth it?

    Also, I know you don't want this on a system disc but if you have another audio disk is it ok to turn this on?

    No...do not disable write caching for the audio disk...you need the write time to be equal to the read time on those discs...only disable the write cache for the OS drive...plain and simple....
