Is there any good freeware or cheap software which will rip straight from vinyl into standard mp3 or wav so I won't have to adjust anything like volume levels, bitrates, sampling e.t.c?

I found Easy MP3 Sound Recorder Eac Exact Audio Copy Audacity and AudioGrabber Mp3 sound Recorder is probably the easiest to just record AudioGrabber is probably my favorite because I can list the songs all at once I have just started doing this so I am no expert
