I have lousy comp, so i need to save a lot on CPU. So i wos thinking when i made a song (for exmp) in Fruity loops render each track in wav adn then open tham in Soundforge and mix there. Now my question is will i lose any quality cos of that?

Sound Forge is a mono/stereo editor with the ability to record and/or convert (format, bit depth, sample rate, etc.) mono/stereo tracks. However, it doesn't have the ability to mix more than one mono/stereo track in the way that a sequencer (e.g. Vegas, Cubase, Sonar, etc.) does.

If Fruity is your only sequencer you'll have to use it if you want/need to do any mixing. Have you tried the version 7 upgrade yet? I suspect not, since it hasn't been called Fruity Loops since version 4. If you got the downloaded version you're entitled to free upgrades for life so you might as well take them. Even if you bought the boxed version, the cost of the upgrade is only about $30 - worth the punt if you ask me.
