On the main product page for the Proxima, the rear shot shows the Nitrous.

Yes that is correct.....Both units have identical backs.....

PROXIMA is a high gain mic pre whereas NITROUS has been designed to accomodate line signals.
Both comp blocks are the same.

If these units sound anything like the compressor on the Thorax, than I'm sure you have a winner! Way to go Seb!
