I keep getting a CPU overload error in Pro-Tools when I bounce. My session is 1 stereo track with no plugins. A stereo master with MaxI'm and dither on it. 24/48k. Low latency is off. When I bounce, I set the conversion quality to low. The HW Buffer size is 1024 samples, 90% CPU usage and 2 processor for the RTAS processor. My Computer info is Below. Pro Tools is the only program running. What the F***? Ideas?

I had so much progress last night. I was using reason, safari, itunes, a ton of plug-ins, automation and all the goodies. It was a perfect session. Today not 10 hours later, I'm getting all those HW buffer issues. I have to wait till after xmas to get a ext drive.

My god how frustrated I get with pro-tools. Every time I go to "Record" in PT, issue after fucking issue arises. I have had outstanding results for the the last 2 months. I just finished a song.
I started a new song. I'm 3/4 the way into it and the low latency monitoring is F-ed. Isn't it supposed to let you hear what you are recording as you record it. Not on my machine. I am trying to lay down a guitar lead and i have to monitor with latency. GRRRR! Theres F-all in the manual on LLMM.
I repaired permissions and trashed the prefs. I recorded all the audio on an ext. drive (western digital). Why does pro-tools LE have to suck so much?
