I have this setup.

Athlon 64 3.0 GHz
ASUS A8N-E Motherboard 2x 1GB DDR Corsair 667
80 GB SATA
80 GB SATA
160 GB SATA

2x Delta 1010LT

Mackie 1202 VLZ
2x VTB-1
Old Peavey SRC 1604 mixing board.

I want to upgrade to:
MOTU 2408 mk3----1200 (used, maybe I can get a better price)
Focusrite Octopre---1195
ADAT expansion card----- 320

What do you think about this upgrade? These are the prices in my country, maybe you think there are some components in this price range that may sound better. The most important upgrade for me is the interface. I want to know if you think the MOTU will do the job for the next years to come even when my gear grows in quality. I know Octopre is not the best thing i can find but I can use the extra channels to clean the overall sound and buy a couplke of real preamp channels (is there any other 8 pre device that gives me ADAT output and has the same or better price? MOTU 8pre maybe? PreSonus Digimax?.
