I am a noob, but I have a decent amount of experience with recording just not with pro-tools. I have a delta 1010LT with a 16 track mixer. anyways, whenever I get the tracks all set to make a final mix and bounce the tracks over, no matter what format I bounce it to, the distorted guitars sound flangery, drums and bass go to sh*t, etc. It is a definite difference from how my tracks sounds before i try bouncing them. For the life of me, I can't figure out what the hell is the issue. am i dealing with a soundcard issue? mixer set up? I feel like it is just something simple, but if anyone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.

Weird, I have never had that problem. It always sounds just like it does when I hit play. I thought that is supposed to be one of the benefits of the real time bounce. Although from your description it sounds like a small delay. Try turning off hardware monitoring on your Delta 1010LT mixer.

If that doesn't work make sure you have the latest user update for Pro Tools M-Powered, and sound drivers from M-audio.
