Hello, I have a Blue Yeti Microphone with a pop filter, a boom arm stand, and it still picks up background noise. I can hear the fans roaring decently in my recordings. Please help!

That's the disaventage of a condenser mic in a non treated environement. Since it should be a cardioid, make shure the noise source is behind the mic (so you sing facing the noise)
This will reject a bit of it. But if you have a reflective surface behind you, you will pick that reflected noise.

Also, see if it's better with the mic in your hand.. Some boom stand will transmit floor vibration. if so, you will need a Shockmount to hold the mic to the stand.
