It looks good, I had it on my stuff once, it was OK.

Any of you guys had a hand to a unit?

It interests me...

I played with one model once. I'm not sure if its the same one. It had very transparent compression in the same vein as the Valley Audio 730. Multiple knees with variable parameters although you couldn't alter them. It had presets but they sounded very good. Not appropiate for what I do most of the time though.

We've got a junger d01 here. excellent for certain things - I've usually liked it on hard-edged rock projects, but I've used it happily on acoustic music as well. I wouldn't say it's a substitute for an L2 or other brick-wall limitiers, as I've found the limiter section can be overdriven unless it's proceded by the compressor section, then it works and sounds great. operates in a different fashion from most other digital dynamic processors. the only potential drawback is it operates at 44/48k only - will not handle 88/96k. for that reason, ours is for sale. (please, no spam). contact me privately if you are interested.
