How do the included effects plugins in these two apps compare?

I need the best quality for the money.

Pro Tools has the BombFactory stuff and a Moogerfooger analog delay.

Sonar has a Lexicon Pantheon Reverb and the Sonitus Effects Suite and some other stuff..

How do these compare?

again not to sound like a Sonar endorser but I purchased Sonar 3.1 PE and have been able to do everything I've wanted to do with the included plug ins. Stick with the Sonitus Reverb over the Lexicon. The pantheon in 3.1 is arguably grainy and it has been said that the sonitus is much smoother and better. As far as pro tools LE is concerned I cannot vouch for that. I have a larger PT system so it came with different packages. All I know is Sonar gives you everything you need in the package to mix, master, and make quality cds just like pro tools probably does. I think the quality of the plug ins are pretty even but you may want to wait for someone who owns a PT LE system to reply and don't take my word for it.

The sonitus stuff is really good. I really like the compressor and the delay. A lot of options to really tweak it to perfection. Sonar gives me all I need to mix, but I can't compare them to Protools. All I can say is that it'll cost you less for a Sonar set up. If someone can confirm that the bombfactory stuff is twice as good, well maybe it's worth the money to go with LE. I'm a satisfied Sonar user!
