Hi. I've just been offered a D and R preamp for 150 euros! I know nothing about them or have even heard of them so am not sure if this is a good buy or they're any good? I already have an M-Audio Tampa and DMP3 which I really like. Would the D & R be a step up from these?

Decent build quality and components FOR IT'S TIME. Check it out carefully before you buy it. The power supply of a unit 15+ years old may have some issues. Mainly noise, 60/120Hz hum. Good luck.
If Dutch, wouldn't it be 50/100Hz hum??? 8)
