I've been ask a few times lately about what model would be the best to order from MicParts. So in this video I test 3 mics, the T47, T12 and S87

At 2 min, I made a mistake and mention the U87 but it's in fact the U47 ;)

Good point, it might have made a slight difference on vocal, but know that I've turned them so they are pointing to my mouth.
On the other and I doubt it made a difference as room mic.
But I'll try to put them closer next time.. thanks for the comment.

Nice video, Marco.

I think perhaps you should have mentioned what the recording chain was, as the make-up of that can often make a greater difference than that heard between different high-quality microphones. This is particularly important when it comes to whether the pre-amps that people would use have a transformer-input configuration or not. I assume you were using your ISA428 for capturing the microphones in this video.
