Hey all. I don't know why but all of a sudden I am having playback troubles with my Pro Tools system. I am using LE 6.7 and I was always able to highlight a region and start playback from there. Now all of a sudden it starts from the beginning of the session even when a region is highlighted. The only way to start from anywhere else is by fast forwarding to the spot I want it to start from.
Please help me get it back to normal. Is there a return to default or something in the preferences I have overlooked. Thanks for the help.

go to preferences and uncheck "timeline insertion follows playba

if the a...z button is highlighted in the upper left corner press "n" and then press the a...z button so it doesn't happen again....
for some reason digi decided it should be on by default..... and although it's sometimes nice to not have to press that many buttons it can be a pain in the ass......
