Hi, Any ART Pro Audio Users around? Will you recommended an ART Preamp or Channel Strip ?

Hi there.... Have seen eh sexy pic and info on Fletcher's site about the CS-1. Anyone used them? What do they sound like? Is the compressor actually useable on things other than vocals unlike in 737? EQ? good bad indifferent? spill the beanz cos i would luv ppl's opinions...
