Advice needed for mixing a headphone mix.

I have a Spirit 328 with an OZ audio HM-6 Q-mix.
The 328 have 4 aux's. I have a click, eight mics from the drums, 2 from guitar, 1 bass, 1 vocal.
I need some advice on getting these signals from the 4 aux's ---> headphone amp to the musicians ears. Do I send all the drums + click into aux 1, bass into aux 2, guitar into aux 3, vox into aux 4 ....then blend them on the OZ audio as the clients likes - but if the drummer needs more click and less of himself that would create a problem since they are both on the same pot, unless i turned down all the drums and turned up the click, but then the bass player needs more drums - so I have to crank the aux from the drums and there is not enough gain. So I am totally going at this from a way to complex mannor - and there must be a very economical way to send - kick + snare + bass + vox + click to drummer
Snare + Guitar + vox + click to guitar
Kick + snare + hats + bass + click to bass
Guitar + bass + click + vox to Singer
I just dont seem to get it???

I don't think you're thinking about this right. You only need to use the separate Aux's if you want separate/different mixes for everyone. As it stands, I think the OZ amp has a separate input for each channel or a stereo/mono input for all. So what you can do as an example is take all your drum, click, bass and guitar trax and put them on Aux 1. Put the output of Aux 1 into the drummers phones. Then play with the Aux 1 volume on each track until the drummer is happy. Usually the guitar and bassist want the same mix so you can make Aux 2 their's using the mono master input. Or use Aux 2 for guitar, Aux 3 for bass. If you want click on bass too, just turn up Aux 3 on the click track. I think you have even more routing options with that Qmix peice. You shouldn't have any problem giving the proper mix to the proper musician. Good luck.
