Well, one way if you want to mess around with this program is partition magic.
The other way is to ghost your install, format the drive into teh two partitions and then re ghost the image of the OS onto the main partition and then you will have a second partition to work with.
Either that or just put the files on the same partition and disable the write caching for the OS drive which greatly enhances the read time for the OS drive and any samples residing on it.
It's only a win win situation when you do that!
