Yeah.. I just love this recording. His voice is so memorable. Very interesting voice.

I mastered it to DR9. I didn't do anything with the fuzz at the end of the track.

What software did you use and if you could explain why you picked or mentioned a DR of 9?

ah I used really basic stuff. Reaper, Baxter eq in m/s mode, and also a melda production eq, which all fed into reaxcomp and limiter No6.

DR9 ... i mention because I have a dynamic range meter and that's the readout it gave. I tried not to push it too loud and DR9 seemed to be a sweet spot for loudneas vs distortion. At least,based on what I did. I think it was +3 at the loudest on the VU calibrated to -10dbfs.
